Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

When making reservations, please call 541-382-9223 or email info@bendunleashed.com, deposit is required at time of booking.

*3 night minimum stay during holidays

We do not overbook our accomodations so your dog will be guaranteed their reservation and deposit.

Can my dog stay the holidays with you?

Sure! As long as they stay at least 3 nights, and you might want to book early. Holidays & school breaks are our busiest times of the year, so we recommend you make your reservations at least 2 months in advance of your anticipated stay.

What are your office hours?

Monday-Saturday
8:30 am – 12:00 pm
3:00 pm – 5:30 pm
5:30 pm -7:00 pm available by appointment only, no additional cost

Sundays
Office is closed, pick up and drop off by appointment only between 9:00 am – 10:00am or 4:00pm – 5:00 pm.

Lodging Checkout
Dogs must be checked out is 12:00 noon.

After 12:00 noon, a $20.00 day fee will apply.

Monday-Saturday extended drop-off and pick-up times:
Drop-off only 7:15 – 7:30 am, $5
Pick up only 8:15 – 8:30 pm, $15

All dogs benefit most when dropped off between 8:30 – 11:00 am or 4:00 – 4:30 pm.

My dog is staying with you. Who can I contact?

If your fur baby is staying with us, you may call or text Tiffany between 7:00 am & 9:00 pm at 541-410-4222.

Health + Safety

Will my dog be allowed to stay?

Most likely! We allow males and females, 4 months and up. They may be neutered, spayed or intact. All dogs must have all vaccinations.

We have experience in caring for dogs with special needs and they are welcome to stay with us.

To protect all our guests, if your dogs shows up ill, they will not be allowed to stay.

What are your vaccination requirements?

Bend Unleashed wants you to have ease of mind when leaving your dogs with us. Your dog’s needs, especially their health and safety are our #1 priority. In order to protect all our guests, all dogs must have current vaccination records of the following vaccinations prior to entering our facility.

  • Distemper/Parvo
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella
  • Canine Influenza
  • Flea Prevention (out of town guests)

Please email vaccination records to info@bendunleashed.com prior to arrival.

Deposits + Cancellations

What's your daystay deposit and cancellation policy?

A one-night deposit is required to reserve a daystay for your dog. Daystays are not available during holidays.

Non-holiday cancellations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 24+ hour’s notice and we’ll happily refund your deposit 100%.
  • If we do not recieve a cancellation request at least 24 hours before check-in, or your dog is a no-show, your deposit won’t be refunded.

Holiday cancellations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 14 day’s notice and we’ll happily refund your deposit 100%.
  • If we do not recieve a cancellation request at least 14 days before check-in, or your dog is a no-show, you will be charged for the full reservation.

What's your short stay deposit and cancellation policy? (less than 5 nights)

For non-holiday reservations a one-night deposit is required to reserve a short stay for your dog. For a holiday short stay (must be over 3 nights), a 50% deposit is required to book a reservation.

Non-holiday cancellations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 48+ hour’s notice and we’ll happily refund your one-night-fee deposit 100%.
  • If we do not recieve a cancellation request at least 48 hours before check-in, or your dog is a no-show, your deposit won’t be refunded.

Holiday cancellations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 14 day’s notice and we’ll happily refund your one-night-fee deposit 100%.
  • If we do not recieve a cancellation request at least 14 days before check-in, or your dog is a no-show, you will be charged for the full reservation.

What's your long stay deposit and cancellation policy? (5+ nights)

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a long stay for your dog.

Non-holiday reservations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 48+ hour’s notice and we’ll happily refund your one-night-fee deposit 100%.
  • If we do not recieve a cancellation request at least 48 hours before check-in, or your dog is a no-show, your deposit won’t be refunded.

Holiday reservations:

  • Let us know you’d like to cancel with 14 day’s notice and we’ll happily refund your one-night-fee deposit 100%.
